If you like wine testings, this one is just a must to do : La route des grands-crus de Bourgogne and you know what ?
Even if i am not a sommelier and never studied to be one, i can understand of wines, because when i tested for the first time the Corton, grand-cru, of Château de Meursault, it was already love, immediately. One of my favorite wines i have ever tasted in my life, so round, harmonious, delicious, just perfect, beside the price, let’s say bit expensive for my pockets, at the château, if i remember well, they sold it for 300 euro a bottle.
Anyway, also the others, premiers crus were excellent, absolutely a great wine tasting for me.
And all those villages in the Côte de Beaune and de Nuits Saint Geaorges, with vineyards everywhere, what charming places and experience.
One more deeply interesting experience i had there, it was to go and visit the Hospices de Beaune, full of history, humanity and also the architecture is impressive and beautiful.
We also had another wines’ testing at the Marché aux vins de Beaune, still pretty good testing but let’s say more commercial, of course with also a different and cheaper cost than the one at Château de Meursault.
And also lots of excellent small restaurants, we had some absolutely delicious meal too.
I repeat, if you like wine’s testing, absolutely a must to do experience.

À la santé !
